I just sat here for the last hour or so reading a lot of these blog entries. My god. It's amazing what you forget. What a tough few years it's been. Especially this last one. 2008 will not go down as a stellar year in my memory.
You know, it's all about New Year's Eve, and 2008's sucked. Granted I got to hang out with N whom I miss dearly because she's now living in the Middle East, but that was really the only good thing about it.
I guess I'll wrap up 2008 closer to the end of the year.
I don't really know where to start since it's been so long since I've dumped my life's minutae into this blog. How about I'll just start here
Today I got that ugly mole removed finally! I'm lying there on the table (laying? lying? I never know the correct usage...) and I told the doctor I was a weenie about getting the shot. He takes a look at my stomach and says, 'this will be nothing compared to that piercing in your navel.' Oh. He was right. And then I got to look at my scary detached mole floating in a little tiny jar on its way to the lab. The thing really was gross. I said, 'ew' and the nurse said, 'yep, it looks like a snot.' Just one snot, apparently.
Writing in this blog feels really awkward. It used to flow so naturally. I'm trying.

But how would you be a dumbass if I didn't even tell you about my snot/mole? :)
